The Medieval-Feast Package: SEK updating , per person and night

Includes a double room, a full breakfast buffet, a basket of candy and fruit in your room, use of morning robes, a ticket to the historical play “Birger’s Feast” including food during intermission. The play lasts 2.5 hours in all. The theatrical performance will only be in Swedish.

Birger, King of Sweden, from high up in Nyköping Castle watches his many guests arrive. This three-day feast will celebrate the reconciliation between King Birger and his two brothers. King Birger alone knows that the night’s menu features deadly revenge for dinner.

You’ll witness this tragic episode played for you by a talented theatrical troop in the very spot of the royal machinations. During intermission, you’ll enjoy the culinary dishes from Medieval Sweden, and the court jester may pay you a visit. An evening right out of the Middle Ages.

– The musical Music by Dan Fikejz After a hearty breakfast, we suggest a walk or bike ride to our charming city of Nyköping. You can borrow the bikes from us. And we have lots of other suggestions: a trip around the archipelago, picnics along the river, a cold beer down at the harbour, golf, summer cafés, a visit to craftsmen and the surrounding country estates. Or you can relax with a game of Kubb (a Viking game from the island of Gotland) or even boule or boccie in our garden. We also have a pool, sauna, billiards and darts for you pleasure.
